SMOKING CESSATION SEMINAR
70% of smokers wish that they did not smoke
they just don’t know why they find it so hard to stop!
This workshop is aimed at giving smokers factual information covering many important areas. It is educational, motivational, honest and supportive. The workshop is not frightening, judgemental or in any way critical. We must stress that this is an informative session not a lecture.
The presenter has experience of working with the NHS Stop Smoking Service and is also a trained hypnotherapist.
Stopping smoking is not easy. In order to successfully quit smokers need to understand the addiction and be armed with the right information. - What’s really stopping you stopping – it’s not you it’s your brain!
