With over 25 years experience of the corporate market gained within various fast moving and demanding sales environments Alison is known as a results driven experienced sales manager and communicator. Alison has always had a strong focus on self and staff development. Alison's original focus was on training and development and this quickly led her into a coaching role. Having achieved qualifications in both life and business coaching Alison discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which uses powerful coaching methods and techniques to challenge and overcome negative behaviour and limiting beliefs within both individuals and teams
