COACHING

Individuals work with their coach to:-
- Understand their particular areas of personal development
- Identify their goals for each of these areas
- Investigate and develop new strategies to achieve these goals
- Implement these strategies
- Measure their success and make any necessary changes.
The coach then provides support and guidance until the desired outcomes are achieved.
