Dandelion Associates is the trading name of Alison Ashley Enterprises Ltd founded in September 2002.

Managing Director Alison Ashley has over 25 years management experience working for a number of high profile service sector companies. Alison’s business success is due to her strong focus on customer service, personal and staff development.

Having spent the last decade developing herself and her training business she is now recognised as a highly experienced and enthusiastic trainer. With a natural ability to quickly install a confident “can do” attitude into her delegates. She gives them the tools they need to quickly grow into the people they never knew they could be.
